Who is HA Wonjae?

He is a philosopher based in Seoul. He received his PhD in philosophy from Yonsei University under the supervision of Prof. Sunwoo Hwan, with a dissertation on formal semantics for ontological disputes. His ongoing project, PhilToday, seeks to create accessible spaces for philosophical reflection in everyday life. He likes coffee, wine, whisky, and makgeolli (Korean rice wine).

📚 My Research
I study topics in philosophical logic, (meta)metaphysics, epistemology, and the philosophy of language. I’m especially interested in using higher-order and hyperintensional logics to represent philosophical problems that resist simpler formal treatments.
